When no one would respond to my enquiry about the practice test or rescheduling of my Principal Broker test, I ended up having to go to my credit card company to cancel the payment. When I tried to take the test more than once, it looped me back into a payment gateway to pay again. I purchased a practice test from them ($25) that promised that I could take the test multiple times. I asked for a refund for services not delivered, and they not only said they could not promise a refund ($75), but did not answer any of my customer service emails to help me reschedule an in person test. Long story but I showed up for my test all prepared, could not log in, and the customer service rep could not solve the problem so I did not end up taking my test. Despite using my email to send me communication, they insisted that I could not log in with my email and the site did not recognize it.

When trying to take my online PSI exam for my Principal Broker license in OR, I could not log in with my credentials. Non-existent customer service, web site that does not work, staff that does not solve issues I know it’s only $19.70 but right now on a retired limited income - trying to go back to work at 70 years old, it happens to be a lot of money to me. That was the first I knew it was supposedly a pdf file. She was very nice and much more thorough than all the others, but finally told me the bookstore doesn’t refund pdf files. Then I was finally told I should be talking to their bookstore, which I finally did. I’ve sent time and time again proof of purchase and been promised a refund from several employees in both places to no avail. But I did order a small test prep booklet that came to $19.70 for which I’ve never been sent a product, have been on the phone with them and the test-makers - Gmetric or something like that. I had no problems with the test, testing center or the personnel there however, because they got my email wrong to begin with, I didn’t get any of the possible prep materials until 5 days before my exam, which I passed. Somebody needs to sue these guys and make an example out of them, and if I had the money to pay for legal fees, I would do so myself. My time limit on Exam FX expired three weeks ago, and I fear I have already forgotten the information I learned, meaning I would likely have to pay for that again to be able to study up again, despite dedicating a month and a half of my time to reading the material while simultaneously trying to find work in this messed up job market to get some money in my pocket in the mean time, and also caring for two disabled family members at home who need my care and we need the money which was, as I'm concerned, stolen from me. I have not heard back even though I provided proof of my issue with screenshots which I attached in my first E-mail. This was on May 23rd, a month ago tomorrow at the time of writing. They told me that if they could find proof, "someone" would E-mail me.

I E-mailed them about it and it took them almost a full day to respond each time. So, I can not schedule for an exam, nor can I register, even though I paid the $88 and was unable to take my exam.
If I go back to the page to register for an exam, it tells me I already have an active registration. If I clicked "details", it instead said "Ready to Register" instead. However, if I clicked the "schedule" button, it told me I had already exceeded the maximum number of attempts. On their site, it said "Ready to Schedule" on my exam registration. They told me all I could do was reschedule. I had waited 45 minutes with nothing happening and them not responding, after which I called technical support. The proctor disconnected on me leaving a message on the screen saying that I had to wait for them to release the exam to me. I tried taking the online proctored exam experience.
